Hi, I'm Cecilia and I know just how difficult a career in DEI can be.
20 years ago, I accepted my first DEI role. Since then, I've had the fortune of leading DEI transformation within computations, non-profits, educational institutions, and government agencies. While it was exciting, it could be very lonely.
Despite much success when it came to DEI, there still was no community of like-minded professionals who could be my sounding board, a place where I could learn and grow. I wanted a mentor, strategic partners, or a coach who understood the challenges that DEI champions face.
But that didn't exist, which is why I designed the Art & Science of DEI.
